About Spinal disorders

Spinal disorders include low back pain, neck pain, scoliosis, and disc disorders. These conditions can have a serious impact on overall health, interfering with work, daily life, and even comfortable sleep. Research indicates that poor posture and lack of exercise are major causes of spinal disorders, including low back pain, and that prevention is possible by improving daily habits.

Educational programs developed as part of World Spine Day initiatives include “Straighten Up” and “Just Start Walking.” These are global awareness campaigns aimed at promoting self-care practices for preventing spinal disorders.
